1. Services
Stravanta Consulting LLC provides small business systems, documentation, team structure, website, and related technology services — including restaurant websites, online ordering, and AI phone ordering. All services are subject to compatibility, scope, and pricing confirmed during onboarding and set out in a separate service agreement.
2. Pricing
Prices are per restaurant location. Setup fees, monthly fees, per-order charges, commissions, service fees, applicable taxes, and any additional charges are separate and disclosed before onboarding. Successful-order billing definitions are provided in the service agreement.
3. No guarantees
Stravanta does not guarantee specific revenue, search rankings, order volume, compatibility with every POS, error-free ordering, unlimited calls, or hands-off operation in every situation.
4. Third-party services
Any third-party ordering, POS, or fulfillment services are governed by their respective terms and agreements.
5. Status
This is a draft. The final Terms will replace this document once reviewed and approved.
